The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation awards scholarships for students pursuing first-time bachelor’s degree. The Scholarship Foundation provides financial resources to the children of Marines and eligible Navy Corpsmen using various programs.

SanDisk Scholars Fund

Interested in a career in science, technology, engineering and mathematics and looking for money to help pay your tuition? The SanDisk Scholars Fund may help you with your goals. You must have demonstrated leadership and/or entrepreneurial interests. 

25th Annual Kaplun Essay Contest

High school and elementary school students

For students in 7th through 12th grade.

The 25th Annual Kaplun Essay Contest is broken up into two levels:

Level 1 - 7th through 9th graders, need to write an essay: Why is it Important for Me to Maintain a Jewish Identity in a Non-Jewish World?

11th Annual DNA Day Essay Contest

March 11, 2016
Maximum Award: 
$1000 plus teacher receives a $1,000 grant for laboratory genetics equipment.
Eligibility: 
All high school students

 

The American Society of Human Genetics (ASHG) sponsors Annual DNA Day Essay Contest.  Students in grades 9-12 are eligible to participate.  The contest asks students to think about the important concepts of genetics.

Essays need to be well-reasoned and show a thorough understanding of the concepts.

Kohl's Cares® Scholarship Program

USPAACC Scholarships

The U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation Scholarships are for high school seniors of Asian Pacific Island heritage (the Bruce Lee Scholarship has different requirements).

AG Bell 2016 College Scholarship Program

The AG Bell 2016 College Scholarship Program recognizes that families who have a child who is deaf or hard of hearing may have additional financial pressures. AG Bell offers several scholarships for full-time students who have a pre-lingual bilateral hearing loss in the moderately-severe to profound range, use listening and spoken language, and who are pursuing a bachelors, masters or doctorate (not law or public policy) degree at an accredited mainstream college or university.

Microsoft DisAbility Scholarship

The Microsoft DisAbility Scholarship is for high school seniors with disabilities. The scholarship identifies promising high school students who have potential to enter and successfully complete a vocational or academic college program and have a financial need.  The scholarship is non-renewable.
